This past weekend I had a phenomenal experience purchasing a new 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo X at your Chrysler Jeep 24 location in Randolph. After months of looking at vehicles I made a trip to Jeep 24 and started working with Bob Mahoney, Bob was an excellent person to work with and helped me through every step of the process. My interaction with Bob made the car buying process comfortable and stress free. I also worked with Jeff Craig, Finance Director, working through loan information and finalizing my purchase. Just like Bob, Jeff was first class and a great person to work with.

I just want to take a minute to thank you and your sales team for your help when I was buying my 2010 Chrysler Town & Country Touring in November of 2011. I had some special circumstances behind my purchase, and most of the dealers were not willing to work with me on any of them. They gave me the impression that they simply wanted to make the sale as fast as they could.
However, your dealership was different: they took the time to understand that I was buying the van to have it converted into a wheelchair van and that I needed to verify facts about the van before I would even know if I could buy it. They placed the van on hold for an extended amount of time and let me do what I needed to do without any pressure.
Then, when it came time for me to finally sign the paperwork, they understood that I did not drive and worked with me while I got drivers to transport me to the dealership to complete the deal. They also understood that the van was going to be shipped out to Braun Ability to be made wheelchair-accessible and that I would not get it back until after the 90-day warranty was up, so the sales manager changed the agreement so it went by the mileage. I really feel as if they valued me, and because of that I know that I will be back for my next van. Furthermore, you can be sure that if I have any friends looking to buy new cars in the future, I'll be sending them to Chrysler Jeep 24.
I would like to thank Melany Fanfa, LJ, and Al Vieira for helping me with this difficult process. I really love the van. I was able to ride in the van for the first time, three weeks ago and I wish I had more reasons to be out in it.
