Guide to Sheep Spooktacular

October 17th, 2017 by

On Saturday, October 28th, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., join North Resources Trust for a day of spooktacular family fun and games! What better way to celebrate the arrival of autumn and the fun of Halloween than with an afternoon of hayrides, crafts, games, and more for the whole family to enjoy?

Activities to Enjoy

Head out on a hayride to see the beautiful fall foliage at the Sheep Pasture, or take an evening trip and gaze up at the stars. Adventurous visitors are invited to take the Night Hike, a walk through the dark on one of the many trails at the Sheep Pasture, where you’ll learn how to use your senses to explore in the dark. Explore NRT’s collection of animal skulls at the Skull Station, and spend time by the fire to warm up and relax.

Arts & Crafts for All

Stop by the Pumpkin Station to create your very own personalized pumpkin friend using a variety of fun craft supplies. Other fall arts and crafts will be available, as well as a face painting station, where you can transform into your favorite animal!

Admission & Parking

The event will take place entirely on the grounds of Sheep Pasture, and limited free parking is available. Tickets can be purchased at the NRT office, or at the event, for $20 per family or $5 per individual. Admission includes all activities, hayrides, crafts, and events. Food and pumpkins will be sold at the event for an additional fee.

Get ready to bundle up and head outside to enjoy the crisp fall air with your family and friends as we come together to celebrate the fun of fall! Most activities are best suited to children from toddlers up to age 10, but all are welcome to visit this fun event! Costumes are encouraged!
