Every 10,000 Miles

Every vehicle has certain intervals where different services are needed. One of the earliest and most common service intervals is every 10,000 miles.

At 10,000 miles, a service center will inspect your brakes, engine, exhaust, hood, lighting system, and even tires to make sure everything is working the way it should. Your Renegade will also get its oil and oil filter replaced at this point.

Every 20,000 Miles

At the 20,000-mile marker, you'll get many of the same services as you did the 10,000-mile marker but with a few additional inspections and replacements.

Your accessory drive belt will be checked as well as your exhaust system and suspension. The brake fluid will be replaced as will the cabin air filter. Replacing the air filter can keep debris from your cabin, like bugs and leaves. It also stops contaminants, like dirt, smoke, and pollen, from entering your vehicle. For it to continue to work, the filter needs to be replaced.

This will likely be the first interval that the underbody contact points and linkages of your Renegade will be inspected.
